beads: ignore the JSONL exports The Dolt companion is the sync layer for issues and their audit trail, so a second copy riding in git buys nothing and costs a dirty status after every bd write. The config half (config.yaml, metadata.json, hooks/) stays tracked, or there is nothing for bd hooks install to install in a fresh clone.
bd: turn on dolt auto-push The debounce is 30s rather than the 5m default so a memory or issue written mid-session reaches dolt.srht.bigb.es without waiting for the session to end, and the 60s timeout keeps an unreachable remote from hanging bd.
bd: update sync.remote
bd: clear sync.remote
bd init: initialize beads issue tracking
